Our amazing PAC is working hard for our school. Please see some of the details below.
The PAC and Richlea Bakery have come together to offer gingerbread and sugar cookie kits this holiday season.
Available for order are:
•Gingerbread house kits. Includes the house, icing and candy for $20.00
•8 sugar cookies with icing and sprinkles for $15.00
We are also very happy to be able to offer a GF/DF option!
•8 Gluten Free/Dairy Free cookies with icing and sprinkles for $15.00
Ordering will be available through beachgrove.hotlunches.net until December 2nd
Due to Covid-19 we are encouraging families to pickup their orders from Richlea Bakery in Ladner between 9:00-12:00 on December 9th & 11th.
OR if you are unable to pick up the kits yourself we are happy to coordinate a more local pickup/drop off. Simply make that selection on the ordering system and we will follow up with you.

The members of the Pac are also excited to offer a collaboration with Gordon Food Service. We have curated a list of restaurant quality recognizable food and grocery items at below or equal to any retail partner. And ALL proceeds go to the PAC. Our goal with this fundraiser was to raise money for our students, teachers and the school by providing items you already buy. And get them to you below normal cost.
The items will be listed on the beach grove hot lunch website.

•you will arrive at our home page. On this page you will find a link with detailed specifications on each item for sale.
•click on ‘Manage Orders’
•click on ‘Bulk Grocery Fundraiser’
Now simply add the items you would like to order and checkout!
Ordering will be available from November 25 through Saturday December 5
Pickup will be held out of the Tsawwassen Legion on Saturday December 19, from 2:30-5:30
you will be assigned a time slot based on the letter of your last name

*Chris has made himself available via a zoom call on Wednesday December 2nd, from 6:30-7:30 for anyone who has questions related to products, GFS or this fundraiser in general.
** we will be strictly following Covid-19 protocols while distributing the orders. Please come prepared to wear a mask, sanitize and social distance.

Our Virtual Book Fair is on right now. The fun and excitement of a Scholastic Book Fair is at our school! To adapt to our changing needs, Scholastic has developed a Virtual Book Fair to provide an opportunity for our students and families to experience the joy of reading together.

Unfortunately, our water filling station is out of order. Please help your child pack water from home in the mean-time.
We have been asking students not to walk through the parking lot before and after school. These are peak times when cars are moving in and out the lot and we want to avoid any accidents. Please help us remind your kids about this. Also, please help us remind students to “walk their wheels” once they arrive at school. We appreciate your help with this.
